Basin Analysis and Petroleum Systems Modeling

This intensive 5-day course addresses the essential aspects of basin analysis and subsequent basin and petroleum systems modeling, from initial data input to final model output. Participants will explore the full spectrum of basin evolution from plate tectonics through to petroleum generation and migration.

A key focus will be on understanding how risks and uncertainties impact our interpretation of petroleum systems within a basin, and how these uncertainties can be quantified
