Certified Kaizen Foundation

This training course is designed to help participants gain an in-depth understanding of the two process improvement concepts and principles: 5S and Kaizen.

This course will get participants to learn practical approaches and applications of the system rather than just listening for higher retention of concepts and theory. Exercises, practical implementations, and case studies will also be integrated into the course to demonstrate and bring to life the concepts being taught.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the 5Ss and Kaizen concepts and principles.
• Design a 5S and Kaizen Implementation Plan for the respective organization and individual functions.
• Identify and utilize 5S best practices.
• Apply the 5Ss and Kaizen to the personal work area.
