Electrical faults do not always present themselves through one clear symptom. A motor may trip repeatedly, a breaker may operate without an obvious cause, equipment may overheat intermittently, or a circuit may perform normally until operating conditions occur. Replacing components until the problem disappears may restore operation temporarily, but it does not establish why the fault occurred or whether it is likely to return.
Boost Consulting & Training has designed this course to develop a disciplined engineering approach to electrical troubleshooting. Participants will learn how to move from symptoms to evidence, read electrical diagrams as diagnostic tools, select appropriate measurements and tests, isolate possible causes systematically, distinguish equipment faults from system and control problems, and verify that corrective action has addressed the actual cause rather than only its visible effect.
The main concept of this course is to replace trial and-error troubleshooting with a structured diagnostic process that narrows possible causes, proves the fault through evidence, and restores equipment with greater confidence.
