This course therefore focuses on doing the right thing rather than just doing things right! This is a practical based course where delegates will be encouraged to bring real life projects or plans to the course and work on improving them during the course. In addition there is a realisation that people make projects successful, not software and processes; therefore there is added emphasis on people and performance within the course.
