Projects are often managed through schedules, work packages, milestones, resources and delivery priorities, while contracts are managed through obligations, rights, notices, conditions and commercial mechanisms. Both systems govern the same execution environment, yet they are frequently treated as separate management streams. As a result, a project decision that appears operationally reasonable may create an unintended contractual consequence, while a contractual requirement may remain disconnected from the project plan until it affects delivery, entitlement or commercial position.
BOOST Consulting & Training presents Project–Contract Alignment Management, a practical program designed to connect project execution with contractual reality throughout delivery. The course helps participants translate contractual requirements into project controls, identify where project decisions carry contractual consequences, align milestones and dependencies across both environments, evaluate changes through a combined project–contract lens, and establish coordination mechanisms that prevent the project plan and the contract from moving in different directions.
