The oil and gas sector operates within a highly complex governance environment characterized by multiple stakeholders, stringent regulations, environmental sensitivities, and significant economic and social impact. Effective stakeholder management is therefore a critical governance capability, enabling organizations to balance commercial objectives with regulatory compliance, community expectations, environmental responsibility, and long-term sustainability.
To support this critical capability, BOOST has developed the Stakeholder Management in Oil and Gas Corporate Governance course as a structured introduction to the principles and practices of stakeholder management within the context of oil and gas governance.
