The training program is implemented by combining academic knowledge and practical practice (20% theoretical / 80% practical activities).
 

This training program focuses on a variety of exercises, case studies, and individual and group presentations, along with a set of integrated training tools, such as Videos, case studies, Gamification, role-playing, simulation, and on-the-job training.
 

In addition, and following the agreement with the Training and Development Department in Dubai Municipality, we ensure to select a third party as a "supporter" for the program and coordinate with it in an integrated manner to involve it, to enable the participants to Possess an integrated practical experience, which lead them to apply the knowledge and skills they have gained efficiently in the work environment. A pre-and post-assessment is designed to measure the participants' knowledge level and determine the development that has occurred in their skills in the training program field.
