Course Introduction

Results Based Management (RBM) is a structured management approach focused on improving performance, accountability, and impact by linking planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation to measurable results. It is widely applied in government entities, public sector organizations, development programs, and performance-driven institutions to ensure that resources are used effectively and outcomes are achieved sustainably.

To support professionals working in performance-driven environments, BOOST Consulting & Training has developed the CMI Recognized Results Based Management (RBM) program. This course equips participants with practical tools and methodologies to plan, manage, monitor, and report results in a structured and evidence-based way.

The program focuses on RBM concepts, logic models, results frameworks, indicator development, baselines and targets, performance measurement systems, reporting dashboards, risk management, and continuous improvement.
