Course Introduction

This 5-day course introduces participants to the fundamental concepts and tools of Lean Manufacturing. It covers the history and philosophy of Lean, core Lean tools and techniques, continuous improvement methodologies, Lean leadership, and advanced Lean concepts. Participants will learn how to identify and eliminate waste, improve process efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in manufacturing environments.

  • Identify and eliminate the 8 wastes in manufacturing processes
  • Apply key Lean tools such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Just-In-Time production
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies like PDCA and Kaizen
  • Develop Lean leadership skills and create a culture of continuous improvement
  • Integrate Lean with other improvement methodologies like Six Sigma
  • Create a Lean implementation plan for your organization
