Course Introduction

This training course is designed to provide participants with the essential concepts of managing project control in order for them to understand the added value when effective control mechanisms are applied using project management techniques. Course will highlight topics such as why failure to recognize key control points lead to poor project performance, different controlling techniques used by predictive and adaptive project management approaches, effective governance mechanisms to support planning, execution (change) and performance management, and core planning techniques to enable management to control project scope, schedule, costs, uncertainty and quality.
