Course Introduction

Data has become one of the most valuable strategic assets for modern organizations. However, many organizations struggle with data quality issues, inconsistent definitions, fragmented systems, weak governance, and ineffective data usage—resulting in poor reporting, unreliable analytics, and higher compliance and operational risk. Effective data management is essential to ensure that data is accurate, secure, accessible, and fit for business decision-making.

To address these challenges, BOOST Consulting & Training has developed the Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) program. This course provides participants with a structured and practical foundation in enterprise data management principles and best practices.

The program focuses on key areas such as data governance, data quality, metadata management, master data management, data architecture, data lifecycle management, and the integration of data management frameworks with business intelligence initiatives. Participants will gain the knowledge and tools required to strengthen data management capabilities, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to organizational success through reliable and well-governed data assets.
