Course Introduction

Cyber security has become a critical priority for organizations as digital transformation accelerates, cloud adoption expands, and cyber threats continue to evolve in sophistication and frequency. Modern organizations face increasing risks including ransomware, phishing attacks, insider threats, data breaches, and operational disruption—making it essential to develop strong cyber security capabilities supported by effective controls, governance, and technical awareness.

To address these challenges, BOOST Consulting & Training has developed the Certified Cyber Security Specialist (CCSS) program. This course equips participants with practical and applied knowledge of cyber security concepts, tools, and protection methods relevant to today’s threat environment.

The program covers key areas such as the cyber threat landscape, security fundamentals, network and endpoint security, vulnerability management, incident response, security monitoring, and cyber governance best practices. Participants will gain the skills required to identify cyber risks, apply appropriate security controls, support secure IT operations, and respond effectively to cyber incidents while aligning security practices with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
