Course Introduction

Technical expertise alone is not enough to achieve sustained professional success. Employees and leaders must also be able to understand their emotions, remain composed under pressure, communicate with empathy, build productive relationships, and respond constructively to workplace challenges.

This highly interactive three-day program develops the emotional intelligence competencies required for effective performance, leadership, collaboration, and relationship management. Participants will explore how emotions influence behaviour, communication, judgment, motivation, and workplace dynamics.

Through practical models, workplace scenarios, guided reflection, behavioural assessments, and structured activities, participants will strengthen their self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, communication, and relationship-management capabilities.
