Course Introduction

FIDIC contracts are among the most widely adopted standard forms of contract for international construction, engineering, infrastructure, and design-build projects. Effective administration of these contracts requires more than understanding contractual clauses; professionals must be able to translate contractual requirements into effective day-to-day project controls, notices, instructions, records, payment processes, variations, claims, and dispute-avoidance practices.

 

This intensive five-day program provides a practical and structured approach to the management and administration of FIDIC-based contracts throughout the complete project lifecycle.
